A Problem Analysis is a site visit on the one or two items a board cannot get past: the project that keeps getting pushed because it is too big to start, or the two vendors telling the board different things. The board gets options with cost ranges and a one page memo it can vote on.
$195 an hour, with a cap the board approves before the work starts. Credited to the project fee when the board commits to full project management within 90 days.
