The TruPoint Transparency Pledge

The money the association saved buys the work it was saved for. We commit to the following:

1. Straight answers. We tell the board what the building needs, and we say so when it needs nothing.
2. Fair bids. Every bidder prices the same scope, and our fee stays the same whichever contractor the board picks.
3. The board decides. We disclose every relationship that could bear on our advice, and every decision stays with the board.
4. The work. We hold the work to current code, the manufacturer's instructions, and the scope the board approved.
5. Communication. We answer calls and emails promptly and keep the board and its manager informed from the first review through closeout.

I commit to the following:

1. Straight answers. I report what the building needs, and I say so when it needs nothing.
2. Fair bids. I price the scope as written and win work on price and quality.
3. The board decides. I disclose any relationship that could bear on my bid, and I take owner and resident requests to the board or its manager.
4. The work. I install to the manufacturer's written instructions and current code, follow the scope the board approved, and photograph the work before and after. I keep my insurance and licenses current.
5. Communication. I answer calls and emails promptly and keep the board and its manager updated from bid through closeout.
