TruPoint Industry Professionals

The boards and owners we serve need firms they can count on. This network is where we find them, and where we back them up with the client.

Join the network

Joining, being listed, and bidding are free. Sign the Industry Professional Pledge with the signup, check the services you offer, and you are in. A person reads every signup.

The pledge is in the form, above the signature line, and on the Transparency Pledge page beside TruPoint's own.

What the network does for your firm

  • Scopes you can price. On a TruPoint-run bid, every bidder gets the same written scope and the same answers to every question, so your number is compared with like numbers.
  • A bid process you can trust. Bids arrive sealed and open together, documented, and the board makes the call. You hear the outcome either way.
  • Clients ready to decide. By the time a TruPoint project reaches bidding, the board has the study, the plan, and the budget behind it, so fewer of your estimates go nowhere.
  • TruPoint reinforces you with your client. Where the board has bought oversight, the work is photographed, each pay application is checked against the contract, and the owner and the manager sign the final walk. Your workmanship goes on the record, where the people who hire the next project see it.

Who is in the network

  • The clients: HOA and condo boards, townhome and cooperative associations, commercial property owners and ownership groups, and the management companies that represent them.
  • The trades: general contractors and specialty trades across the service lines on the signup, from roofing to snow removal. Specialty firms are matched with general contractors on projects where the trade fits.
  • The professionals: property management companies, insurance agents and brokers, public adjusters, attorneys who serve associations and property owners, lenders and bankers, and engineers and inspectors.
  • The pledge: everyone in the network signs the same nine commitments, and TruPoint signs its own to the clients.

How TruPoint can work with you

  • Reports for any part of the building or the process where a third party's read helps your case with the client, in the Action Plan or Storm Damage Report format.
  • Consulting by the hour: building science, manufacturer specifications, code questions, and scope language a board can act on.
  • Referrals. Boards ask us who has signed the pledge. We tell them, and we point them to the firms that fit the work.
  • A collaboration with your team on what boards and managers expect in a bid, and how the three-bid rule works from January 1, 2027.
  • Call to discuss: 612-440-8660.
