Every association project has three sides. The board and the homeowners it serves. The management company that keeps operations running. The vendors, contractors, and partners who do the work. Each one sees the project from its own corner.

TruPoint sits with the board. Our job is to find out what the building needs, what the market charges, and what the documents say. We work with everyone at the table, and our promise is to your board. The fee is agreed up front, and it stays the same whichever contractor is selected.
