Stage 0
Initial Community Review
Free. Every board starts here, at its own board meeting.
Send us the current reserve study, the community basics, and the hot button items, the things the community is frustrated about right now. We read them before the meeting. Then we come to your board meeting, in person, present what fits your community and what it costs, answer the questions in the room, and put it in writing based on the board's needs and real actionable solutions.
Free. The meeting is the review: ten to fifteen minutes on your agenda, and the background sent ahead so what we present is tailored to your community.
What to send first
- The current reserve study, if the association has one. A link or the PDF.
- The community basics: units, building type, year built, and whether a management company is involved.
- The hot button items: the roof the study says is due, the bid nobody can compare, the project that keeps getting pushed, the thing owners keep asking about.
- When the board meets next.
What the board gets at the meeting
- What fits the community, presented in the room: the stage, the service, and the price by community size.
- Solutions and avenues tailored to the community's own list, with the questions answered on the spot.
- The same recommendations in writing, during or right after the meeting, so the next agenda can carry them.
How it works
Send the background
The form below, or the study and the list by email to [email protected]. The background comes first, so the meeting is about your community and not a general pitch.
We read it
A couple of hours with the study and the list before anyone meets.
The board meeting
Ten to fifteen minutes on the agenda, in person. Matt Hardinger or a member of his team presents what fits and takes the questions.
In writing
The recommendations, during or right after the meeting, based on the board's needs and real actionable solutions.
Start the review
Managers are welcome to send this for a board. A person reads every message, and we confirm the meeting by phone.
